FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
biOrb MUST be empty

1 Switch off air pump and disconnect airline. Remove lid and filter cartridge assembly. 2 Ensuring biOrb is empty (no water or ceramic media), turn upside down taking care not to damage. Raise airline out of channel in base. Do not disconnect airline from biOrb centre. 3 Remove original base by placing fingers under the rim and pull upward.

Tip: If cold, gentle heat may be necessary to make the base more flexible for removal and refitting. A hair dryer set on low heat is ideal; do not overheat.

Warning: do not  attempt prise off using other objects, this will damage the biOrb.

4 place the new coloured base in position aligning the notch in the base. Hold the base in position at the notch with one hand. Using the other hand press down firmly on the inside circular edge of the base until it snaps on under the central lip.

Ensure new base is clipped properly and fitted as original.

5 Refit airline into channel and turn biOrb upright. Activate biOrb as per instructions in the Activation Guide.
