Using High Watt Bulbs will cause damage to your light Unit

When replacing your Baby biOrb bulbs always use the official Reef One product. Other bulbs may damage your Baby biOrb light unit.

Some customers have used alternative halogen bulbs; these are often rated higher than 5W. Using high watt bulbs will cause the light to be permanently damaged, leaving the unit blackened and charred. The light unit was specifically designed using a self-extinguishing plastic, consequently it is impossible for the light unit to cause a fire risk.
