Wherever possible our products are manufactured and packed in our UK factory. The quality of every item is checked by our team of real people, not machines, who are proud of what they do and always endeavour to maintain as high a standard of quality as possible.
Customer service has always been important to Reef One. As simple as we try and make fish keeping their will always be problems to solve and questions to answer, so if you need help you can just call us.
We don't use call centres or agencies, our own office based staff know and use our products everyday. They are fish keepers themselves, but they also well remember and understand what it is like to keep fish for the first time and how a little friendly advice at the start can be all you need to set you on your way to successful fishkeeping.
