Proof of Purchase
Customers who have purchased using the biOrb Store you will receive confirmation of your order via email. If you have purchased from our telephone mail order service then your receipt included with your order is regarded as your proof of purchase.
Custom-Configured Product
At times Reef One may offer certain products that are custom-configured to your specifications, and since a custom-configured product is created to your specifications, the order cannot be modified or canceled once it is in production. Please examine Reef One's return policy carefully before ordering.
Undeliverable Packages: Sometimes packages are returned to Reef One as undeliverable. When the courier returns an undeliverable package, please contact Reef One to make arrangements for reshipment. There will be an additional charge to redelivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of couriers will attempt to deliver 2-3 times. After these attempts, the courier will return the package to Reef One.
Product Warranty
All Reef One products carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you purchase a product from another supplier you will need to return any defective products to them and not Reef One. We would advise customers to carefully examine suppliers policies before placing an order.
